What is the difference between connecting my iPhone now and connecting it later?
If you connect with a carrier now, we’ll contact them so you don’t have to. Your iPhone will arrive ready to go with your number and plan information. If you connect with a carrier later, once your new phone arrives, you can insert a physical SIM card or use eSIM from any carrier that provides service for iPhone.
Either way, you can keep your number. All iPhone models are unlocked except those purchased with AT&T Installment Plans.
Use of eSIM requires a wireless service plan (which may include restrictions on switching service providers and roaming, even after contract expiration). Not all carriers support eSIM. Use of eSIM in iPhone may be disabled when purchased from some carriers. See your carrier for details.
What is eSIM?

When I buy an iPhone from Apple, will eSIM be activated?
Carrier-connected iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro models will arrive ready to activate with eSIM and can connect to your cellular voice and data service without a physical SIM card. You will need a Wi-Fi connection for setup.
To activate eSIM on an unconnected iPhone, please contact the carrier of your choice when you’re ready.

Will my new iPhone be unlocked?
Yes. An unconnected iPhone purchased from kogan Club is unlocked. Once your new iPhone is activated, it remains unlocked, which means you can use it with any network that provides service for iPhone. The exception is when you buy an iPhone with an AT&T Installment Plan. It will be locked to AT&T and will only work on the AT&T network for the term of your Installment Plan agreement.
Will my iPhone work worldwide?
All iPhone models are world phones, so you can use them almost anywhere. Whether you are a GSM or CDMA network customer, you can roam internationally on GSM networks in over 200 countries or regions around the world. If you financed your iPhone with your wireless carrier, contact them to verify that you can roam internationally.
Availability of 5G and LTE data varies in some countries or regions and depends on carrier support for certain 5G and LTE radio frequencies. Contact your wireless carrier for more information regarding international roaming policies and rates.
What is included with AppleCare+?
Every iPhone comes with one year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary support.
With AppleCare+, your coverage is extended to two years. You will have 24/7 priority access to Apple Support and Apple hardware coverage and software support. It also includes up to two incidents of accidental damage protection every 12 months.
You can also upgrade to AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss for an additional cost. It adds up to two incidents of theft or loss coverage every 12 months.
Can I return my iPhone?
Yes. If you change your mind and no longer wish to keep your iPhone, you have the option to return it to us. The returned iPhone must be in good condition and in the original packaging, which contains all accessories, manuals and instructions. Returns are subject to Kogan's Sales and Refunds Policy.
What are my delivery options, and when will I get my items?
